We use Clari to keep up with sales pipeline forecast and during our forecast calls reps will share their screen and walkthrough key business opportunities. Clari is also where each rep will share their call for the quarter and each month within that quarter. Clari also has a grade system for each opportunity that a rep owns which allows them so their pipeline's health at glance. Another big advantage of Clari is that reps are able to change pipeline stage and other details for the opportunity directly from Clari instead of salesforce which is much easier and saves time which then means reps are more likely to keep their forecast up to date.

  • Forecast screen could be easier to interact with. I believe UI's that make users scroll horizontally lead to confuse and missed content since we rarely scroll horizontally on the internet. It's not as natural
  • Enablement; I am confident my team is underutilizing Clari and that there are many more features that we should take advantage of. For example, the Dashboard screen looks good but in our company, our practice is to use the forecast and opportunity tabs instead. Reps and managers could benefit from a 30 min or 1-hour training session quarterly
  • I like the opportunity score tracker but it would be great to know more of what comprises the score instead of feeling that it is just an AI. Perhaps giving the user more opportunity to validate or put their own spin to the score
Clari is exceptionally well-suited for reps to maintain their forecast. Updating opps in salesforce is a headache because you have to jump through so many tabs to deal with dependencies but Clari makes it clearer. For that alone, I can recommend Clari. It's also well suited for forecast calls because you can simply see more of your pipeline and notes on one screen.

We utilized Clari for sales leader forecasting for new and expansion sales. We reviewed during forecast meetings with sales leaders as well as the executive leadership team. Sales leaders would also utilize Clari for pipeline inspection.
  • Easy to use - the user experience is industry leading
  • Accurate AI forecast - it learned our business quickly and the forecast was similar to different forecast algorithms we had developed
  • Easy implementation with quick time to value
  • Integrating SFDC activity for opportunity health reporting was missing
  • Very expensive - somewhat hard to justify the cost vs. the value received, and the expense would increase as the organization increased in size.
  • End to End Revenue forecasting - it would be great if Clari could forecast potential revenue 3 - 4 quarters out based on current top of funnel activity. Clari is really strong for in-quarter forecasting, but not future looking.
Clari works well for sales and executive leadership teams that perform at a high level and collaborate well together. Everyone utilizing Clari needs to understand that it will provide the company with the information it needs to make strategic business decisions. It can not be seen as a more sophisticated way to manage SFDC information. If the company is truly dedicated to improving its forecasting capabilities, then Clari could be worth the investment. If it is just being used to capture sales leaders' forecasts, you don't need Clari. Overall, Clari is a great capability, but you need a good business case to justify the expense.

Clari gives our team visibility into our market research business to drive same process also it increases forecast accuracy, and drive overall efficiency. We leverage Clari on a weekly basis for submission of pipeline and forecasting. The problem this addresses is that Salesforce does not have an effective clean way to manage pipeline and it became complicated for our organization. Clari has added significant efficiencies on our sales teams and we monitor it on a daily basis

We have a big issue letting our number truly dictate what our forecast actually means. Clari addresses several business problems, including lack of visibility into the sales pipeline, inability to forecast accurately, and inefficiency in managing customer communications. By providing real-time data and analytics, Clari can help sales teams identify where they are in the sales process and identify potential roadblocks, which can help them close more deals and increase revenue. Clari lets us see exactly what is happening with each and every single deal giving us a better chance to forecast correctly.

  • Visuals can sometimes be a bit much with all the graphs and bubbles and whatnot.
  • Nothing more really as the tool is amazing and knows exactly where you are with your deals.
Clari helps us to automate administrative tasks such as email tracking, meeting scheduling, and follow-up allowing us to focus on higher-value activities, such as closing deals. It also helps managers to monitor the performance of their team and identify areas for improvement, which can help them to optimize their sales strategy and increase their revenue as integration with Salesforce is key to us optimizing this tool. Nothing to complain about here the tool overall is amazing.

We use Clari to manage our sales Pipeline. Workflows are auto-synced to update the CRM automatically eliminating the need of manual entry. Emails, Calls, activities etc for any deal can be auto updated to improve data accuracy and segment the deal stages.

Our CRM Integration with Clari has eliminated a lot of tasks that requires manual action saving us a lot of time. We can segment and analyze our data with Clari's forecasting insights. If any gaps are present in my deals, it sends the reminder to update them.
Easy to swith between time frames and create my customizable viewing screen.

Clari is solving the problem of quick pipeline care and hygiene. I have been able to spend less time looking for notes and instead boosted performance by having Clari up all day for my workday.

Clari has allowed us to get more thoughtful about revenue forecasting. We feed the data from Clari into our other reporting systems and can get much better visibility into our quarter and year than we used to. However, we faced a few issues getting things set up, but this could simply be due to our Salesforce data integrity rather than a limitation with Clari itself.

Today, we use the product to track pipeline for each individual salesperson and to forecast the business on a monthly and quarterly basis. It's a pretty straightforward use case for anyone that has ever been in tech sales.
  • Tracks deals in pipeline
  • Connects to Salesforce for ease of use
  • Forecasts the business on an interval the organization wants / needs
  • Improved user interface. It's not very intuitive.
  • Send email/text reminders to complete actions.
  • Knowledge base is good, but kick-off training would be helpful.
For anyone in sales, this is a pretty indispensible tool. If you are serious about tracking the deals in your pipeline and having a central area of engagement between management and sales, this is the place to track and discuss the forecast. It's probably not as well rounded for pipeline progression discussions, Salesforce is still probably better for this.

Clari is being used by the sales team in Infoblox to do the business forecasting on weekly basis and collaborate between different teams to have central visibility on the opportunities status and how soon they will close. Clari is also used to generate reports about the business progress status, showing how close each account manager is to achieving his sales target.

Clari is perfect for a sales team collaborating to forecast and estimate the opportunities and overall business status, it's working in a hierarchy scheme that reflects each team member's forecast into their team leader's big forecast number in an automated and easy process. It also can define a periodic date to update the forecast among the team so the forecasting to top management is automated as well.

Clari is being used within our organization to better predict our revenue and time to closure. Our entire global sales organization utilizes Clari for reporting. Clari helps reduce the ambiguity of deals, time to close, and "emotional" decisions. Clari is extremely data-driven and better helps our organization predict incoming revenue to the business.

Clari is currently being used as the forecasting tool of choice for our entire sales department. We have both the mobile and desktop access, allowing us to update forecasts and deal stages remotely. Clari connects with Salesforce and allows both to be updated simultaneously, notifying management and sales reps of all changes.
  • Allows for on-the-go mobile forecast updates in real time.
  • Management roll up -- allowing each level of management to see the forecast situation.
  • Displays accurately all working deals and the stage of those deals as shows in Clari and SFDC.
  • Limited functionality. Really the only use case for me is forecasting and deal reviews.
  • Allow all managers to edit reps stages and numbers with a notification.
  • Does not require manual commit numbers to be confirmed. Should auto-commit the previous week's number if no change is needed.
Works extremely well in allowing sales reps to make forecast changes in real time. It also allows you to quickly and accurately see all the deals in your pipeline, as well as the stage they are currently in, and your roll up number.
Would be nice if management had more control over reps permissions. This would allow them to make updates should the rep be unable to do so.

We use Clari to evaluate whether or not we will hit our numbers. It's used with leadership to determine the health of an opp and how that opp fits into our quarter's forecast.
  • CRM score to view the health of your opp.
  • Simple UI with robust functionality.
  • Powerful insights available without the need to create custom breakouts or reports.
  • Better tutorials/training when a new user logs in for the first time.
  • Recommend actions to improve CRM score (chance of opp closing) with insights to users.

Our entire organization uses Clari. Our sales teams, leaders, directors, and executives are the primary user. However we have overlay reps, success reps, sales operations, product marketing, etc. also leveraging the tool.
  • Allows for more efficient funnel management - quick ability to update sales funnels in real time.
  • Provides transparency for leadership to see what is happening with the deals in real time.
  • Able to see the whole story within the sales cycle for upper management down to rep level, as well as those not within sales, to get an understanding of the state of the business.
  • Hard for upper level executives to drill down and see the details of deals since they have so many rolling up to them.
  • Ability to customize columns for users in certain roles within particular views is lacking.

Clari is an excellent tool for any sales organization that needs better structure around funnel management. Even if your sales organization is great with managing pipelines, it will provide an additional level of transparency and efficiency.


It's not as helpful for high level executives or sales directors that have many deals rolling up to them, because you can get lost in the weeds with so many things going on at once; however Clari is making strides to improve the product there.


Clari is not a place for reps to update product or pricing, but the other administrative aspects of the deal. Clari does make it easy to link back to your CRM to do this though.


Overall sales teams are the ideal user, everyone else in the organization uses it from a slightly different perspective.

We use Clari to provide more clarity into our funnels from a leadership level. More so, it helps me manage my own funnel to stay on top of my clients' opportunities. It's hugely beneficial and is a primary tool used across all sales channels to manage our funnels effectively.
  • Opportunity management - allow a quick and easy portal view of all my opportunities.
  • Contact history associated with client opportunities - I can see just how often and recent communication is taking place.
  • Layers of opportunity levels - While an opportunity may have been presented to a client, it may not be worth committing to close for the month, and Clari allows you to clarify both, which gives leadership an insight without having to pause to discuss. This allows me more time to focus on selling!
  • It'd be nice to update products on my opportunity within Clari.
  • I wish Clari was the default for Salesforce funnels.
  • More clear reporting on opportunity creation...time and date.
  • More character space for next steps or add another space for Key Notes.
Clari is well suited to allow leadership clear visibility into opportunities without too much additional conversation directly with reps, allowing them to focus on revenue generating activities.

Our Sales management and operations team use Clari. It helps us have insight and visibility into our pipeline, forecasts and trends. Clari's intuitive use of interactive charts and dashboard allows us to look at our business. It helps answer key questions about the health of our deals, the accuracy of our forecasts and how our business looks over time.
  • With Clari's Flow analytics, we can see who deals have moved along within a quarter or across quarters. We can easily assess if deals are moving in or out, are they being upgraded or downgraded or if we are loosing them.
  • Using Clari's Trend analytics, we can see how we have performed in the last 4 quarters and see how our pipelines ultimately performed. We can also see what Clari's prediction based on our mix of pipeline stages etc.
  • Clari's Pulse analytics show you weekly predictions as well as past predictions. This is great for seeing how "close to the pin" we get or by what week of the quarter things start to solidify.
  • Clari has come a long way in the year and half I've used it. I'd like to see more capability on the administration side like being able to add/delete opportunity fields to bring into the data, being able to use more variety of charts on the dashboards.
  • It would also be even more powerful if we can add formulas or measures that are custom.
Clari is ideal for sales managers and sales operations as it gives them insight and helps guide predictability into the pipeline management process. It is a also a great coaching tool for managers as they can easily see patterns of behavior. With Clari, the story of the quarter begins to unfold right before your eyes. Its beautiful graphics are compelling and telling.
